As a young mom, I craved time with my children. I longed to experience the freedom of flowing through my days in an un-rushed way without feeling guilty. I wanted to have it both - the successful career and family life. But I didn't know how to do it without feeling completely exhausted. So I set out to find a better way, a more sustainable way.
